Skeleton|CAx™-Beta Release Launched
Skeleton|CAx™, the next generation Virtual Product Development software, has reached the beta state for its Release 1, expected in 2nd quarter 2018. This is the first milestone allowing the company to show the potential of its technology, and to deploy for testing and training to selected customers.
“We are very satisfied with our success so far”, said Dr. Bogdan Lazar, CEO and Co-Founder of SkAD Labs SA. “Our development team did a fantastic job in building an extraordinary piece of software. This achievement is the right foundation for releasing a full version later this year, and will help us to embark on innovative pilot partnerships going forward.”
Skeleton|CAx™-Beta is allowing the first users to understand and play with this novel technology. It is a stand-alone software, running locally and requiring no installation. This early version will help to channel the future features deployment roadmap. Currently, it allows to convert and visualize the Medial Axis Representation™ (MAR™) and has a deformation function for single 3D objects. It marks the completion of all building blocks of the new kernel and a basic user interface. Over the next months, these building blocks will all be refined and extended until the final release.
